Contact us before you are going to Europe and we will arrange your Private Express cycling trip for you. What you need is just to take a few days off and get to the French Alps as fast as you can. We will arrange the transfer and a bicycle for you and, around two hours after landing, you will be in the midst of the famous climbs. The Alps are huge with a lot of climbs to choose from. Build your own cycling tour and experience the French Alps the way you want to! Alpe d'Huez, Col du Galibier, Col de la Madeleine, Col de la Croix de Fer and Col d’Izoard – you choose! You decide your own express experience: who, what, where and when, and we deliver it.

Day 1

Welcome to the French Alps - Alpe d'Huez + Col de Sarenne

Morning pick-up from Lyon or Geneva followed by a two-hour transfer to the small town of Bourg d'Oisans in the French Alps. Light lunch and bike fitting then off we go to climb one of the most famous Tour de France climbs: Alpe d'Huez. You will continue to climb to Col de Sarenne and when you reach it you enjoy a superb descent of almost 15 miles back to the town. You return at around 6pm and have an excellent meal at a specially selected restaurant.

Day 2

Marmotte Gran Fondo route

You start your morning with a rich buffet breakfast and off you go for another great climbing adventure. Be ready for a long day! La Marmotte is currently one of the most popular cyclosportives in Europe - Col de la Croix de Fer (Col du Glandon), Col du Telegraphe, Col du Galibier and Alpe d'Huez are what you will scale today. Lunch will be served after the ride. You can expect to be back in Lyon or Geneva at around 7pm.
